Should you contact us via the contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be stored with us for 12 months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for the event of any follow-up questions. We do not pass these data on to third parties without your consent. If you wish to have the data deleted earlier, please send us a written request to this effect by e-mail.
DATA STORAGE
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) expires. The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
We would like to point out that internet-based data transmission (for example in the case of communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right of requesting information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection.
